1. Any guest may participate in the Program who filled in the Program form at the hotel reception.
2. After completion of the from at the hotel reception the guest receives the Mirotel Loyalty Card.
3. Mirotel Loyalty Card (the Card) shall be kept by the guest and shall not be transferred to third persons.
4. Mirotel Loyalty Program applies on the whole territory of the hotel and allows the Card owner to receive discounts for stay and some additional hotel services. (all services, except of conference services, banquet and buffet dinner)
5. Privileges and discounts for hotel services apply immediately after issue of the Card;
6. Discounts for stay apply from the next check-in at the hotel.
7. Discounts for restaurants «Adzhikinezhal» and «DrovaMuka» apply only for main menu of restaurant and pizzeria.
8. Presenting your Loyalty Card while staying at the hotel you receive discounts and collect bonus points (1 Mirotel Bonus Point = 1 RUB) on your personal account.
9. You may get information about your account balance at the hotel reception or send a request by e-mail to
specifying your full name and Mirotel Loyalty Card number.
10. Do not forget to show your Card at each check-in at the Hotel, and specify your membership in Mirotel Loyalty Program at reservation.
11. If you advance to the next level of the Mirotel Loyalty Program the more and more privileges are available to you. If you advance to the next level of Mirotel Loyalty Program you will receive a new Loyalty Card at the next check-in.
12. Discounts for stay at the hotel apply only of you make a direct reservation at official website of the hotel www.mirotels.ru
using a PROMO Code, by phone or via e-mail to the hotel specifying your Loyalty Card number and full name (without any intermediaries, such as travel agencies, companies, travel operators, web-portals, ONLINE-reservation systems etc.). Discounts and bonus points apply only if you reserve the tariff «Best price of the day - BAR», you may not use your bonus points if you make reservation to any other tariffs.
13. The program discounts are not added up to other discounts offered according to other special offers of the hotel.
14. To get discount for stay a guest shall personally pay the stay at the hotel (in cash or by means of a bank card).
15. Loyalty Card discounts and bonuses do not apply for a group accomodation.
16. If a guest has collected 150 000 bonus points he/she is enabled to stay a night at the hotel for free at Standard
room and included breakfast. The bonus points are annulled and Card privileges remain the same.
17. Terms and conditions of Mirotel Loyalty Program may be changed by the hotel any time without preliminary notification.
