Mirotel offers an excellent opportunity to hold business and entertainment events. At the guests’ disposal we have two conference halls.

In the first one with total area of 110 square meters up to 120 persons may meet comfortably. The second one with total area of 35 square meters and capacity of up to 30 persons is an ideal option for business negotiations.

The conference halls may be used either separately or together in a single complex.

Both halls are equipped with all requisite equipment. The rent price includes flipchart, screen, projector, sound amplifying equipment and microphone. A separate high speed Wi Fi channel is offered for conference participants.

The prices are set in Russian rubles .Hotel reserves the right to change prices without preliminary notification.

Rental conditions

Booking and confirmation

The request for event shall be made in written form and shall contain following information:

  • date of even
  • start and end time of the event
  • number of participants
  • seating
  • equipment
  • plan of the event, coffee breaks/lunch/dinner
  • additional information (if necessary)

The request shall be sent to your contact person at the Hotel.

The event shall be confirmed at least 10 days before the beginning of the event. Final number of participants shall be confirmed at least 3 days before the event.

Сhange
  • All changes and supplements to the request shall be made in writing.
  • If number of guests would be less than previously agreed in less than 3 days before the event, the Hotel will refer to the number of guests as confirmed 3 days before the event.
  • If the previously agreed number of guests increases, Hotel staff will do its best to render services to such increased number of guests. These services will be included into the bill.
  • If it is impossible to treat such increased number of guests, Hotel representative will inform the Customer about it.
Carrying out events
  • The event shall commence at the previously confirmed time.
  • If the halls will be released late, Hotel reserves the right to charge additional payment for each hour spent in excess of previously agreed period of time according to hourly tariffs.
Сancellation
  • The events can be cancelled in written form and the respective cancellation letter shall be sent to the Hotel.
  • Following conditions apply in case of cancellation:
    - cancellation in more than 10 days before the event – without penalty;
    - cancellation in period from 9 till 4 days before the event – penalty of 50% of price for ordered services;
    - cancellation in less than 3 days before the event - penalty of 100% сof price for ordered services.
Equipment
  • If the Customer uses its own equipment, the Customer shall provide the user’s equipment list, as well as full name of the person in charge for this equipment.
  • The person in charge for the equipment together with Hotel representative shall check all the equipment before the event and after the event and carrying off from the Hotel.
  • The Customer shall not place any advertizing materials in the territory of the Hotel without preliminary approval of the Hotel.
Responsibility
  • The Customer is responsible for any damage incurred to the property of the Hotel by himself/herself, his/her guests, any persons invited or attending the event, in rented rooms or anywhere in the Hotel.
  • The Customer undertakes to comply with all applicable rules, related to the event, and is responsible for payment all the invoices and respective taxes.
  • Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage of the property and things belonging to the Customer and/or guests or property and things at its disposal. The Customer is recommended to take care for a proper insurance cover.
